Your free-text answers, AI rewrites, summaries, and after-visit notes belong to you. They are stored only with your account and are never used for advertising or marketing.

You control whether sexual health details are saved at all. By default, identity, role, and partner information are off in any exported summary.

A small number of trained admins may access your record to provide support, investigate safety reports, or honor your data requests. They cannot read your free text or AI output unless you explicitly ask them to.

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
